Our Return Policy
At The Overland Co., we believe in gear that lasts, adventures that spark joy, and customer support that feels like a friend helping you pack for a trip.
Here’s how our return policy works:
14-Day Return Window
You’ve got 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Make sure your item is in brand-new, unworn condition, with original tags, and clean & unstained—and don’t forget to keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.
No Returns (Unless Damaged or Defective)
Some items just can’t come back to us unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. These include:

Not Our Mistake? No Returns
If there’s nothing wrong with the product—no defects or damage—unfortunately, it isn’t eligible for return. But hey, we’re here to help! Whether you’re figuring out how to care for it, styling it for your journey, or troubleshooting, just drop us a line. We’ll walk through options and solutions together.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t match your order—our bad! Please reach out within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll get everything sorted—whether that means sending a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
How to Start a Return

We’ll get back to you—usually within a day—and walk you through the next steps.

If the return is approved, pack it up, ship it (we’ll help make this smooth), and we’ll process your refund or replacement as soon as we receive the item in good condition.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your return in its original state, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method—or an exchange, if that’s what you’d like. Processing usually happens within 7 business days of receipt.
