Delivery & Shipping

At The Overland Co., we know how exciting it is to wait for gear that’s made to adventure with you. We do our best to make sure your order gets from us to you quickly, safely, and with care.

Delivery Times

We partner with PTS Worldwide, DHL, UPS, and FedEx to bring your order straight to your door.

  • Typical delivery time is 5–10 business days once your order has been dispatched.

  • During busy seasons, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always work hard to get your gear to you as swiftly as possible.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days after payment is verified.

All orders ship out from Istanbul, TR. For customized items, delivery times may vary—we’ll let you know if it’s going to take longer.

Shipping Costs

Our shopping cart automatically calculates your total shipping cost (including packaging) once you’ve entered your full and accurate delivery address.

We also package smart: sometimes we’ll vacuum-pack or roll products more tightly to keep your shipping costs lower—without compromising your gear.

Shipment Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • We provide all necessary customs forms.

  • The receiver of the goods is responsible for any import duties or taxes, if charged. Not all countries require this.

  • These fees are paid directly to your courier or local customs office—we don’t have control over the amount.

  • To be safe, please check with your country’s customs authority if you’re unsure about possible fees.
